Structural Mechanics Laboratory of Ship and Ocean Engineerin
The laboratory is mainly used to carry out the experiment research of static, dynamic and fatigue fractures of large structures.
Equipped with:
Test platform: Two 6m×25m test platforms and a 6m×1m×3m horizontal reaction wall.

Liquid tank sloshing device: Maximum mass (including water): 1,500kg

Multi-channel static loading system: Load: 500KN, 1000Kn, 2000Kn, Stroke: 200mm
MTS structural dynamic loading system: Load: 500KN, Stroke: 254mm
